1. Begins with an interview with two doctors and Carol, explaining the health benefits of rebounding.

2. A four minute non-impact Health Bounce for beginners which also serves as a warm up for the high energy work out.

3. A twelve minute high energy non-impact aerobic workout (three four minute routines, blending into each other).
